RPM Livestock Head Bails & Head Locks

The Headbail and Headlocks produced by RPM Livestock Equipment are designed to quickly capture your cattle so it does not get injured and the operator is safe. Built from tough Australian steel they have proved so popular over the years, many Cattle producers have replaced other brands with a genuine RPM Head Bail and Head Lock to their crush.

 

The RPM cattle Head Bail use a manual hydraulic locking system designed for quick capture and release, also with a rear operating option for increased safety for the operator and beast is available.

Rear Operation Kit

Add kit to the Superlock Headbail

  • The kit allows the operator to open and close the cattle head bail from a rear position 

  • More efficient for the operator if they are working on their own

  • Can be easily bolted or welded to an existing race/crush frame

  • Note: Pipe extension not included

Hydra Headlock

  • Heavy Duty cattle headlocks

  • Top and bottom restraining arms are designed to restrict the animal from throwing their head up and down

  • Ideal for when treatment on the animal's head is required

  • Manual hydraulic ram allows for infinite locking

  • A quick release handle on the top of the ram, allows for instant release of the animal's head

  • Full Walk Through

  • Can be easily bolted onto the Superlock cattle head bail and the old concertina style headbail

  • Not included: Superlock Headbail is additional price

NOTE: The bottom arm can be interchanged with a Mugger (scoop) arm

Mugger Style Headlock

  • Heavy Duty headlock

  • Scoop can be adjusted along the bottom arm

  • Scoop on the bottom arm prevents the amount of side-to-side movement of the animals head

  • Top restraining arm is designed to restrict the animal from throwing their head up

  • Ideal for when treatment on the animal's head is required (eg. mouthing, eye treatment)

  • Manual hydraulic ram allows for infinite locking

  • A quick release handle on the top of the ram, allows for instant release of the animal's head

  • Full Walk Through

  • Not included: Superlock Headbail is additional price

  • Can be easily bolted onto the Superlock Headbail
